Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

The SA alliance now controls 94 regions, versus 61 for the ML.  Since
the SA again have more than 3/2 as many regions as the next-largest
alliance, they have again met the New Era conditions, and we restart
the 5-turn clock.  Unless the SA fail to meet the New Era conditions
on or before the Turn 274 newspaper, a New Era will start in 5 turns.

Will the SA finally succeed this time?  Or will they be repulsed yet
again?  The world wonders...
