Why do the region crises keep hitting the smaller nations?  It was
Porky last turn and Mac this turn.  Hermis is 2 times the size of each
of them and Acanthopis is over 2.5 times their size.  I thought us
smaller nations were supposed to want to get bigger because then the
largest nations would lose regions.  Is that not true or is this just
a string of bad luck?
