Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Just a reminder that Wilderness Justice has some special rules.  (I
realize that after all this time, some have forgotten them. You can
get to each universe's special rules from the "Compare Universe" link
in the toolbar on the Power's Edge home page, or by going into the
online archives for your universe and looking way down at the bottom
for the rules file.)  From
http://www.powersedge.org/archives/WJ/rules.htm :

> Permanent Alliances: Once a Nation becomes a member of an Alliance,
that membership 
> must be made public, and it is permanent: nations may not withdraw
from an alliance >unless the Alliance has only one member.

This means, for example, that Boldly cannot arbitrarily withdraw from
the TI alliance.  He would have to be the only member in the alliance
to do that.

Boldly, please restore your TI membership credentials (tag your nation
name)!

I say, its a bit much when one gets an absolutely spiffing idea and
then is told its out of bounds by Mr Mod. I was going to change from
TI to ML, if my allies agreed of course, so that the ML region count
would increase but Im afraid its no can do. Something about the small
print he says.
Never mind, just have to press onwards with my old mucker Ocker.
Im in a bit of a rush at the moment working out where to strike next
so I cant do a News from The Front just now but promise to let you all
know the latest news next time.
