It's been about 7 turns since the shake up of this world. Comparing
the alliances now with what they were in T206, we find the SA gang
with 14 less regions, 896 less units and 50 less production. Meanwhile
the other side of aligned nations have lost 3 regions and 1000 units,
but have picked up 8 production (mostly the non-ML group). The three
neutrals have basically stagnated with the same regions, 107 fewer
units and 1 more production. Feel free to draw your own conclusions or
point out mistakes from my spreadsheet.

As the Porcupines have pointed out, I have shorted the other side of
aligned nations. We have actually gained 1 region and lost 974 units.
Should anyone else find more mistakes, I'll have to correct them next
week due to the two diplo limitation rule.
