I write this huddled in storehouse 3 of the only remaining fort
defending the homeland of the brave Boldlys. Shells crash around me
and thick smoke hides the horrors of shattered and crushed bodies. I
can hear the fighting only yards away, the screams and clash of steel
on steel. How much longer can they hold out I ask myself. They are
outgunned outnumbered and out of breath. And yet the line still holds
against overwhelming odds. I have an interview with the last remaining
officer at 5pm and shall report the outcome in my next dispatch.

Note to Editor. In fact I am on the train at long last and getting out
of this madhouse. Can you tidy up my report for publication
andremember I still get double pay until I get back to the office.

come the reinforcing snakeys, teeth and slitherly bodies and scales
and all... Fangs to ye, ol Bo---Hey! What? Wait! You're on a train?!
Hey, wait, stop! Hey, you can't go like that! Hey, Boldly--I'm here to
get you! You can't just run away! Hey, Boldly, I barred the exits!
Hey, quit that! Snakes: STOP THAT TRAIN!!!
