The world grows more dangerous.  At every border and every crossing,
Bald Porcupines stand shivering in the cold, armed only with crude
weapons made from the quills that have fallen out of their hides.  But
they stand undaunted... er, mainly because they have 5-turn peace
arrangements with all of their neighbors!

Though they love peace, and are wont to say that "the quill is
mightier than the quill", (er, meaning a quill-and-ink as opposed to a
quill-on-a-stick weapon), and though they may not be formidable
enemies, still they love to watch the world, and do not wish to see it
end.

Therefore, be it known, that if any nation or group should gain power,
and a declaration be made of the sort that indicates that the world
will end in 5 turns unless something changes, then the Porcupines will
NOT wait 5 turns before engaging against those parties who threaten to
end the world that we love.

TI now has two members. In the current world there are two more slots
available. If you would like to join just make a public announcement
like Boldly Go has done.

We're currently at war with: SA and Hermis, have an unacknowledge
truce with Aachan and support TS in their struggles.

Remember if you are not here to spoil, the only way to win is in an
Alliance, or so I think.

Could someone out there please form a pro-SA alliance? We're kinda
getting creamed here, and you'll be fighting TS soon enough when we're

I am Claiming the Region CHICKEN LITTLE-78. For those of you who have
sent me messages. I am sorry for not responding promptly, situations
in my real life have prevented me from being more Diplomatically
