CHICKENLITTLE, if I am stronger it doesnt mean you can break our peace
treaty whenever you wish. There is no excuse for breaking treaty. 

CHICKENLITTLE is treacherous leader and border with him is never safe.
I don't want such leader in my neighbourhood.

I think not. While professors may not be known for fighting wars,
neither are snakes. Adam and Eve may have been fooled by that one
snake, but quite a few snakes have been squished under foot since
then. It will not take a meta-alliance to squish more of these
anacondas, but The Specialists alliance does continue to seek peace
and aggreements with non-SA nations. I have spoken with all of these
nations and will continue to do so.  In addition, my associates  have
encouraged each other along these lines also.

The bottom line is that The Specialists [TS] officially declare war on
the Secret Alliance [SA].
