Hello Everybody,
If anyone needs to increase region number or production I can suggest
you to attack CHICKENLITTLE because majority of his units are near my
border. Dont worry about non aggression pacts with him if you have
such. He will break it anyway.
CHICKENLITTLE is the most dangerous and unhonorable neighbour, he can
attack you any turn and it doesn't matter if you have any peace
treaties with him or not. 
And now it is the best time for any of you to attack him.
