I would like to announce the official formation of an alliance between
Kalvis, Arizona, and myself. The letters for this alliance are SA.
Because this is a Secret Alliance, as TS folks have pointed out, I
cannot tell you what the letters stand for. Perhaps "Sweet Angels",
I'm thinking. Or "Surefooted Alpacas" to indicate our resolute
steadfastness in the face of uphill battles. Or, my personal favorite,
"Sinister Anacondas", since that would make us all snakes. In any
event, we have formed, and that should shut the door on the TS
victory, as was pointed out, because TS control only 25 percent more
territory than SA.

I would still ask for assistance from other leaders in our battle
against TS. They appear to have formed a meta-alliance. While we could
surely battle them one-on-one because we are cleverer than they
(everyone knows Professors cannot fight wars), we will be at a loss
over the long run against overwhelming numbers. 

Also, I would like to apologize to the group. Last turn I made three
public announcements. When I sent a note to the moderator asking to
clarify the question of who can start the victory clock ticking, he
was kind enough to point me to the rules, where it says we are only
allowed 2 public announcements. I am sorry and it will never happen
again.
