So the War it shall be, leaders of TS. But I beg you to stop speaking
of honor, as you have used the same cover for attacking Bantumi. We
all know that you simply want to exterminate leaders that are threat
to you.

For all others I want to say, that I support all points that
Acanthopis has made in his announcement. Any actions mentioned by him,
shall have same counter-actions. I don't want to repeat his words, so
if you need, read them again.

Also I've heard TS calling OckerBoy honorable. Here is his last letter
to me:
"I did not like that last offer. Out of date before I received it due
to my early orders in Operation FlyStrike.

How about you pay reparations equal to what I have lost, plus 85 flies
and a region?

And then I'll think about attacking, some TS members for you as part
of joint operations."

I have rejected his offer, as I saw it as non-honorable. Now I think
that this was a planned action in order to take as many units as
possible from me before the invasion of TS. So I beg you once more,
stop that honor circus.

FYI: I will be taking a stance of neutrality during this War. From
past experiences I have found that engaging in a War with another
country is only wise when victory is guaranteed or the reason is
justified. I am not saying the reason for this War is not justified. I
am saying that there is no justification for my intervention in this
War. 



BTW: I will be Trading Units for Regions during this War to any
country that needs them. 

Rates: 20units per 1-unit production Region///region produces 1-units
per turn

	50units per 2-unit production Region///region produces 2-units per
turn

70units per 3-unit production Region///region produces 3-units per
turn

	90units per 4-unit production Region///region produces 4-units per
turn


If anybody has any questions please feel free to message me at
anytime. 

P.S. I do not accept 5-unit production Regions. There are NO REFUNDS
after Units have been transferred.

It is very pleasing to me that my tactical genius is being
misinterpreted as strategic planning... 

Strategy is something Australian often acknowledge as not being our
sttrong point. Who'd'hve known strategy is all bluff!


Kalvis,
1)You are being disengenious (or however one spells it). You attacked
becuse you though I wasn't leading anymore, and you were too quick on
the trigger. ('Not seeing things' I guess). I did ask if it was a
mistake and you chose to reply, "no, this is war." ie YOU STARTED IT.
You continued it.

2)You think in negotiations that you opened _after attacking me_ my
offer was both an offensive ambit claim ( a lie, not real) and
dishonourable for suggesting I could/woudl 'swap sides' (ie, it was
real). Curious.

I had no offensive deals with anyone at the time, I was active trading
information and building relationship and negotiating. You chose not
to join in this. You thought the price to high when really you
undervalued my strengths because of your own overbloated smugness. Or
you were pretended to negotiate... Anyway, You were not willing to
pay. Cheapskate. False economy, and now your're paying for it anyway.


Diddums.

Playing the victim when you're stronger never looks good, it just
sounds _wrong_. Blaming the victim after you attack them just makes
you look silly.


BTW, Ockers aren't to strong on mentioning 'Honor' as we see too many
pompous gits excuse their selfish actions in its name.

Honour is as Honour does.

At least we know now the real goals of TS. These devout men want
Kalvis for a breakfast, and probably will eat somebody else for a
dinner - me, Aachan, Hermis or somebody else?? 
TS is not defense institution, as trhey pretend to be, it's attacking
(winning?!) alliance, which is going to dominate this universe and all
the rest non-alligned nations has no importance for them. Be sure,
they may write you sweet and flattering letters now, but all of you
will be their dinner in a while.

Here is my 5 turn warning to TS. You can swallow Bantumi or even
Kalvis, but you will choke with me! >:-[

I don't know what Arizona is smoking, but I think he's sharing it with
Kalvis.  Maybe if he shared it with the rest of us we would all be too
stoned to fight this war. :-)

Arizona can try to twist our actions into something threatening to the
world, but the truth is that we are the only ones with enough courage
to put ourselves out in the public eye.  This is turn 74 and we are
still the only publicly declared alliance.  We face a secret alliance
of four or more large nations and we don't whine and complain about
it.  I imagine if Arizona and his secret allies every decide to pony
up and create a real alliance they will probably be bigger than us and
that [gasp] they might try to win, and destroy anyone who opposes
them.

The truth is that the maximum alliance size is four nations.  The
Specialists are always looking for like-minded leaders to work with
though and anyone not defending Kalvis has nothing to fear from us.

I would like to clarify that when trading regions for units the
regions being transferred will have to be verified and transferred
before the units are eventually transferred over to the Client State.


Again, I will be taking a stance of neutrality during this War. I will
also only be transferring 120units every 5 turns in order to keep my
country from being drained of its entire military.
