 I greet you, Leaders of Wilderness of Justice.

Recently I've been hearing from here and there, that my attack on
OckerBoy means that I have no honor and am a cruel aggresor. I feel
that this is the time to explain myself.
We had border with OckerBoy for some time now and he NEVER contacted
me, although I think it is wise and necessary to contact a neighbour,
especialy then he is stronger. I have not contacted him as well as he
is of no threat nor value to me. Please also note, that I never refuse
a peace treaty, so OckerBoy had his chance.
Why had I to attack? Answer is simple, I needed to grow, but did not
want to grow by capturing more independents. You shall ask why. And
the answer is simple. Have you noticed recent disasters? Do you know
what causes them? The cause is the size of interconnected nations that
is growing as we take independents! As the size of interconnected
nations grow, so the probability of disasters does. And why didn't I
invade anyone else? I have treaties with all my other neighbours.
But you know, I never attack for the pleasure. So the attack gives me
none. After thinking things over, I had offered OckerBoy a peace
treaty. My only ultimatum was that I wanted to keep the two regions I
conquered in order to compensate my loses. But to put it simple,
OckerBoy refused it (here is the part, that I can make public: "How
about you pay reparations equal to what I have lost, plus 85 flies and
a region?"). Also he has proposed me something that I thought would be
dishonarable to take. Isn't it ironic? So the war with OckerBoy
continues.

That shall be all, but I foresee great events in near future that will
make us all talk more.

Hello Leaders
I am glad hearing explanation from Kalvis. 
I want to show leaders of small nations that ignoring diplomacy and
inflexibility is not good thing here. 
If you are small you should allways contact strong leaders because
they are dangerous to you, but you are not dangerous to them. So, they
have no interest to contact you, but you have.  
For OckerBoy
To disagree with such benevolent peace treaty from Kalvis was very
stupid. I think this offer was more beneficial to you then to him. For
example, I gave 25 units and left region with 2 production for peace
with Chickenlittle. But Chickenlittle was just a little stronger then
I, almost equal. Sometimes you have to give a little in order not to
loose a lot. 
Diplomacy and compromises go together. There is no place for
hard-liner leaders in this universe. Think about that, OckerBoy.

To all leaders

The Professor makes claim to Stronghold Brown and will move
immediately to take the independent region today. I have spoken with
Arizona privately as he/she is the only other neighboring leader.

On a separate note, I relinquish all rights for Mine-20 to Ockerboy
unless he gets cut off or becomes entangled else where.
