Please be advised that the recent attacks on the Justice League were
unprovoked.  Neither Kaunieciai nor Bonanza answered any diplomatic
messeges between our nations.  However, instead of diplomacy they
decided to attack a nation with a little over 200 total units and
about 20 production.  These nations have a combined production over
130 by themselves.

I am not going to ask for help from any nation, because I know that
this is a losing battle.  However, I also will not abandon my people. 
I will fight to protect them or die trying.

I want to explain my position in this situation. 
Bantumi asked my help when he got a border with James Howlett. He
asked me to retake his border. He showed me the way to it. I was
preparing to retake border, but in the end he changed his mind and
asked me to take his capitals. In the same turn he transferred units
to me. It was surprise to me. I didn't expect this. 
Frankly, I was glad to take his regions because all my regions were
explored. I think it is nice when you can help others and get benefit
of this help. Who would reject to help in such way?
I don't know why Bantumi decided to transfer units and resign. I think
he had his own reasons, but it was nice surprise for me. It would be
silly from me to reject all these units. Acanthopis, would you reject
them?
I don't think this is the base to declare war.
Anyway, if you still want to fight I accept your challenge. I expect
this duel to be honorable. It means no help from friends, no units
transferring. I hope other leaders will respect our decision, they
will not attack Acanthopis or me until our duel is over and they will
not try to discredit us by transferring units.
