To all nations:

Vile forces belonging to Big T have suddenly and without warning
invaded my region of Black City, the region that my nation publicly
claimed two turns ago and captured last turn.  Apparently the "T" in
Big T stands for Thief.

I demand that Big Thief immediately explain his actions and/or
apologize for his mistake/transgression and agree to withdraw all
forces from Black City so that next turn I may reoccupy what
rightfully belongs to my nation.

If these reasonable demands are not met to my satisfaction, war will
be declared and my already mobilized forces will retake our lands by
force and deal out any punishment that I see fit.

I also call on all of my friends and any other nations bordering Big
Thief to join me in this crusade.  Thank you in advance for your
assistance.

I will withdraw from the territory instantly. I had been ready to wage
war against the previous occupant, before his demise.

The lethal combination of boredom and having every place fully
developed and explored, led me to chance my arm anyway.

I now regret being so rash, and will withdraw at once.
