Dear World:

A few turnssss back, the leader Nincompoop explored and attacked at
the sssssame time, and took a region belonging to my friend,
Tarakashka. I told Tarakashka that I did not want ssssssuch a one as
Nincompoop on my border, but that he could be the one to battle if he
wanted (because at the time, Nincompoop wasssss very weak). Now,
perhaps out of frustration with Nincompoop, I don't know, Tarakashka
has left usssssss. Anyway, I still don't want Nincompoop anywhere near
me, and I certainly don't wan't him to profit off of Tarakaska'ssssss
death.

Therefore, I will be attacking Nincompoop at Tarakashka 172 in 3
turnssssss; I have no desire to take anyone by ssssssurprise. After
that, I will fight this recklessssss one until one of usssss is dead.
If othersssss would like to join in the battle, that isssss fine with
me, as I am not after ssssspoils, I am wanting to teach
lessssssonssssss: do not attack blindly, and if you accidentally take
sssssomeone else'ssss land, give it back to them!

Nincompoop issssss the only one of my neighborssss that I did not
offer peace to immediately (because of the nasssssty way we became
neighborssss), so none of my neighborsssss has anything to fear about
Acanthopisssss suddenly becoming war-like. I have not.
