I'll have to strenuously object to Big T's actions this turn at region
199. My academic credentials were presented to region 199 last turn
with no one else on the region's borders. This turn I sent 14 units to
take the region and it's three units, but were beaten to the region by
23 units from Big T from out of nowhere. I prefer to settle the matter
diplomatically.

It's been awhile since our nations have been growin'.  It's way past
the time to stop attackin' blindly.  Big T, you should pull your
troops out and give region 199 to tha Prof since he found it first.

Thanks for the kind words James. Earlier Big T has responded
positively in private and I beleive we're on the same page or soon
will be. I'll be re-taking region 199 on the first turn of next year.
Hopefully my absent mindedness won't come into play that far into the
future.
