I disagree strongly with Two Cool and his actions. I have not been
able to convince him to back down, and my government is trying to
decide how to proceed.

However he does make one valid point. The LXG has still not announced
what they intend to do. If they will stay together, please announce
this and allow the world to wind down smoothly. If it intends to
dissolve, an early announcement may actually help calm things down. 

As long as the LXG is unclear about the future, it will remain
difficult for nations to establish new relaionships and make peace
with former enemies. 

And as Two Cool points out, tomorrow will be the third turn of LXG
dominance and time is running out.
