The League of Xtraordinary Gentlemen (LXG) has decided to make this Web of Intrigue a little more intriguing by trying to prevent The Alliance from ending the world on turn 85.  Many leaders have been eating boredom for breakfast and then just sleeping straight through lunch and dinner as of late and we mean to spice things up a bit.  As anyone can see we are the far smaller alliance so we decided to launch a preemptive strike to give ourselves as much of an advantage as possible.  Consider this any open declaration of war between the LXG and The Alliance.  Any independent leaders are more than welcome to join our cause as The Alliance currently controls about half of the troops in our world.  If we can get everyone else to join us then we can have a true world war between equal forces.  That would truly be interesting to behold.
Let the games begin and long live the LXG!
