I'm preparing to attack Player X (I've discussed who I mean in an earlier message, and so won't repeat his name again in case our message gets intercepted by spies), and will do so within the next turns. He'll probably then turn all his attention to defending against me, so that would be your time to strike too. Also, I've never heard a response from him, and haven't seen him make any attacks or scouting moves for many, many turns, so maybe he's gone missing, and just left his nation building up forces on their own. In this case, he should be easy pickings...
