In a brief statement issued today from the half constructed New Palace of the True Scriptures King Baldwin II forgave the Pope for past errors and asked for an early meeting in Rome to discuss the future of the Faith.

The statement also said that recent losses in the war with the eastern hordes was a minor setback and that the overall situation was under control.
