Greetings, Programmer!

You seem to have rebooted since Sunshine and I erased your hard drive a few dozen turns ago, and we welcome you back to our universe!

We had a choice between teaming up against you again, or trying something new, different, more fun and more fair this time.  We're not sure what that is yet, but we've both agreed that we won't be teaming up against you.  After slugging it out with each other for the last several turns, we're ready for some kind of 3-way balance-of-power Battle Royal!!

Are you interested?  It sounds like The Bob will let us play as long as we like in this final showdown, so time is not of the essence.

I will not be initiating hostilities against Programmer, but will wait until we have a gentleman's agreement about how to proceed.

Sunshine, I propose that you and I implement a brief cease-fire as well.  I think we may want to reshuffle regions (and maybe even buy some external connections) to give Programmer borders with each of us (and perhaps more borders with us than the one he has now that goes to two of my regions from a single point of his).  Much as I enjoy walking through your Fields of Flowers (and reclaiming the corporations that you seem to be overgrowing at an alarming rate!), I'm happy to declare a virtual stalemate and hand over some territory in a reshuffling that sets us up for a fantastic 3-way finale.

Oh, and perhaps we should inquire of The Bob as to whether we might share our respective identities, here in the final finale?  I think that might be more fun.  It's not like we'll be cross-gaming here anymore.

This is to confirm that from our side, a cease-fire is in place until we settle the critical diplomatic issue of how to fight the next phase of this war.   We will not initiate further hostilities until we have diplomatic agreements on the rules of engagement with any and all future adversaries.
