I am quite a bit confused since our friend asked me to empty a region of mine to complete the Fullerton's deal and now you ask me the very same thing. Could you verify quickly with our friend if he shall returns regions to you so we can revert to the original agreement not involving him?

I will have some 50 units available to you next turn. Hopefully you'll make good usage. I ask for 10percent fee (added to your unit account since I understand well you may need them now), and if you wish to keep my mercenaries longer I will ask for 2-3 production point for the duration of the loan. Your regions will obviously be returned then, unless they explode and we split the damage (I reduce your account of 10 units per production point loss, but I am not to give you another region for compensation. Finally I would kindly ask you to try your best to return any units you owe me before winter break.
