PE-07-Announce [Moderator]: 5 Extra Turns in January

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

After the previous announcement, we were gently reminded about our
promise to extend the universe to make up for the lost turns over the
summer due to our technical glitches.

Our winter holiday down time will start as usual following the Dec. 12
update, but once we resume in January, we will play 5 (*five*)
additional turns.

We'll delay the start of Tournament 2008 until the 2007 tournament
actually finishes. The '08 will be a bit shorter as a result, but
that's okay.
