PE-07-Announce [Moderator]: End-of-Tournament Reminders

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

The Power's Edge Tournament of 2007 ends soon!  Who will build the
strongest Web of Power and emerge as the greatest Leader of the year?
Only time will tell!  But there is not much time left...

This universe is played using the standard rules in the Leaders'
Guide, EXCEPT:

1) It has a defined endpoint: The last update will take place on
Wednesday, December 12, 2007. All of the New Era rules will be
ignored: whoever leads at the end is the winner!

2) Special awards will be made to the top-ranked Leader in each of the
major "Leading Nations" lists (regions, units, production) after the
last update!

3) Additional awards will be given for the best roleplaying,
diplomacy, and so on!

4) Those who wish to continue into the 2008 Tournament will be allowed
to keep their Leader names and identities if they wish. We may even
implement a "seeding" scheme for the next Tournament in 2008.
