Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Past Master, per the rules (and see earlier announcements also), your
scout-attack on Temujin will cost you your "new player protection". 
If you want to keep the immunity against attack for the full duration,
please return the region and reimburse Temujin for expenses and lost
production.  Sorry for any confusion...  as many of us know, once you
get larger than 8 or 10 regions, there's a risk of discovering other
players when scouting, so scouting to assault is not necessarily your
best choice!
