Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

After a long, hard adventure, we hereby declare Miss Granger to be the
Hegemon of the Sudden Conflict universe!

Apologies for this brief message.  Since three universes have wrapped
up recently, we will be sending out a large announcement within the
next few weeks, announcing the results in greater glory, and launching
the next round of New Eras and New Universes!
