Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Just a reminder about the New Era rules for this Universe (from the
Leader's Guide and the rules.html page in the Sudden Conflict
archives):

Universes are able to run perpetualy, and most last for over 100
Turns! But while the Continuing Saga of History never ends, some parts
are more exciting than others. Therefore, under some circumstances a
Universe may be fast-forwarded to a New Era of the Continuing Saga.

Individual Hegemony: If this option is used, a New Era will be
launched whenever the following 2 conditions are met:  First, there
must be a public announcement that a single Leader controls at least
1/2 of all the Regions controlled by the Major nations in the
Universe, and at least 3/2 as many Regions as the next-largest Leader.
(The number of Regions owned by Major nations is now reported at the
end of the international news each turn, just before the Standings.)
If public Announcements are not possible in your Universe, email the
Moderator, who will make the announcement.  Second, the above
conditions must be sustained for 5 consecutive full turns following
the Announcement. (That is, there must be proof of the Leader's
dominance in 6 consecutive Newspapers.)
