Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

This is a reminder that Beorge Gush still satisfies the "Individual
Hegemony" condition for the start of a New Era, as previously
announced.  The 10 turns are now down to 3 turns.
However, he has only 35 of 104 relevant regions, which is just barely
enough.  The future of the world hangs in the balance: will B.G. be
stopped in the next 3 turns? Will he hang on to earn his place among
the Leaders of Legend?  Only the news will tell...
