The region of Bombay was ceded by the New British Empire to the land
of the Watchers.  The force from Plack which has recently moved in,
unannounced and univited, is not welcome and will be evicted.

P.S. If nation's names must reflect their actions, then I gently
suggest that xXx should rename himself the Vultures, since he
apparently prefers to prey upon nations which are already almost dead.
As for my own people, our name reflects our preference, but there are
times when one must do what is necessary as opposed to what is
preferred.  The balance of power must be restored.
