The new crew of the Discovery 1 space craft would like to inform all
of a new system upgrade for our ship. Due to some unfortunate .. uh
anomalies in a recent mission to Jupiter it has become imperative that
we upgrade the HAL 9000 ship AI to a 10000. Hopefully some paranoid
tendencies of HAL's will be scaled back. Any and all agreements that
the HAL 9000 system brokered will be honored by the new HAL 10000.
