The nation of Aotearoa has discovered Independent 202 on T15 & plans
annex it on T16. If there are any prior claims let them be known.

PE-RA-Diplo [Loony Tunes]: Inde 202

The Crazy World of Loony Tunes discovered this Inde on turn 14 and has
already began to take it over.  Though they wouldn't let us win with
twice as many cartoon characters as they had, we shall attempt again
to remove them from the script.  Thank you Painted Dog for being
considerate enough to ask.
