Announcement from the Moderator to All Remaining "Quivering Tyrants" -


All three major leaders have thrown in the towel and decided not to
fight further.  Congratulations to the survivors, and especially to
Trajan for pulling out the win!

Time is short here at the moment, but a followup announcement should
come out within a few days.  We will let the universe run for two more
updates, so that everyone who wishes can send in a few final thoughts
before we shut down QT and move on to new worlds!
