Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

It sounds like just about everyone has reached the point of not
wanting to draw this out any further.  There's no point in continuing
the game if no one wants to try to win it all! As Moderator, I'm happy
to wrap this up and declare the winners based on the current region
rankings. Just to be official, though, I'd like each of you to email
me privately (just reply to this message) to confirm that this is what
you want.  When I have 3 responses, I'll send out another announcement
and bring this Universe to a halt.

This is not the first time that a "last man standing" sort of Universe
has played out this way, so I don't intend to restart this one. 
Instead we've switched to the "1 year tournament" idea - and we'll see
how that plays out with the Tournament 2007 universe!

Thanks for the fun game!  On to the next one?
