I see that I am the only one still interested in continuing.  I bow to
the wishes of my allies-forced-to-become-enemies and agree to an end
of the wars.  Any of the solutions proposed so far is agreeable, but I
am loath to see The First resign, as he has proven himself first in
honor so many times and deserves not to leave on his own.  If he
resigns, I would be tempted to concede the victory to Scharazade.  But
after 169 turns, I think I can marshal enough final energy to go
through the fadeout plan proposed by our Moderator, and let victory be
determied partly by the randomness of the Region Crises and partly by
our own final maneuverings.
