Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Thanks to some last-minute inspiration yesterday, the new diplomacy
tool appears to be working!  Thanks to everyone who replied to the
previous messages.  Both Quest for Supremacy and Rival Alliances are
back in business.  If you sent in your moves already, you probably
didn't get a confirmation email, but they should have been recorded
without any trouble. You should get confirmations for future inputs.
Because of the delays, though, the next update will be next Wednesday.
