PE-QS-Diplo [Jon Snow]: I am confused

For those of you who have not read the international news, Donatello
has attacked me with a very large force.  Luckily I had enough troops
on the defense to halt his attackers.  I sent him an offering of peace
several turns ago and never got a response so I had my doubts, which
is partially why I had enough troops to defend against him.

I'm not sure why Donatello would attack my nation, I think I have made
it very clear why I have launched my attacks on Balthazar and I feel
they are just and true reasons.  All of my reports have said that
Donatello is a name that is used with reverance for artistic and
intellectual accomplishments.  I can only hope that my messengers to
him have gotten lost and that he has not truly decided to side with
the demons and dark forces of this world.  Perhaps the demons have
tricked him into thinking he is doing what is right or cast some spell
upon him.

I was ready and able to fight Balthazar and his demon spawn on my own
but now I face both Balthazar and Donatello on my borders and I am
extremely outnumbered.  I would ask that any other goodly nations who
wish to aid my fight against evil make your presence known so that
perhaps some of the pressure on my borders can be lessened.

If it is my destiny to fall to the forces of darkness then so be it
but I can guarantee that my armies will fight to the last man, namely
me.
