WP-CJ-Announce [Moderator]: New Era 5-turn clock started

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Charlie Munger's "Capitalists [$]" now control more than 1/2 of the
connected regions in the Universe, and more than 3/2 as many regions
as the next-largest nation.

If he is able to maintain this level of dominance for the next 5 turns
(every newspaper from now through Turn 102), a New Era will be
declared and the game restarted!

From the Leader's Guide:

Individual Hegemony: If this option is used, a New Era will be
launched whenever the following 2 conditions are met:

First, there must be a public announcement that a single Leader
controls at least 1/2 of all the Regions controlled by the Major
nations in the Universe, and at least 3/2 as many Regions as the
next-largest Leader. (The number of Regions owned by Major nations is
now reported at the end of the international news each turn, just
before the Standings.) If public Announcements are not possible in
your Universe, email the Moderator, who will make the announcement.

Second, the above conditions must be sustained for 5 consecutive full
turns following the Announcement. (That is, there must be proof of the
Leader's dominance in 6 consecutive Newspapers.)
