Player Forum - Special Rules
This universe is played using the standard rules in the Leaders' Guide, EXCEPT:
- New Players are encouraged to join the Player Forum as a "tutorial" universe.
- Real-World and Meta-Game Discussion of WoP Rules and other ideas is encouraged.
- No warfare is allowed, except by mutual consent of all players involved.
- Players may not intentionally interfere in other player's wars (except by consent as above).
- Scout-Attacking is discouraged.
- These rules are subject to revision.
