  • Spies claim that Units loyal to Draws Lines were spotted Scouting out the forces of PF-Independents at Independent-5.
  • Region Disconnect: The connection between Uncircle and Miniscule Circle has broken. Both places now have an additional external connection possible.
  • W.P. Census Report: The Universe now contains a total of 72 regions controlled by a total of 4 Leaders. 70 of these regions belong to the 4 Leaders controlling Major (i.e. interconnected) nations.
