  • Region Disconnect: The connection between Large Circle and Small Circle has broken. Both places now have an additional external connection possible.
  • W.P. Census Report: The Universe now contains a total of 69 regions controlled by a total of 4 Leaders. 67 of these regions belong to the 4 Leaders controlling Major (i.e. interconnected) nations.
