WP-PF-Announce [Moderator]: Server not running smoothly

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Sorry about the missing moves for Borusa last Friday.  The server
glitched in a way that I have never seen before. Normally when you get
an email confirmation that means the moves are "in".  Please let me
know if it happens again, but for now I'm going to blame it on a
one-time infiltration by the NSA... or something...

Anyway, putting on my player hat for just a second, I want to commend
Borusa's armies for refusing to march to what I can only say would
have been certain decimation at the hands of superior, entrenched
defenders!  Hee Hee...  

Seriously - To balance things out in a fair way, I will not be placing
any moves myself this turn.
