Oh, just in case anyone is worried about me not being able to take turns, I do have access to webmail and other computers.  I won't have access to histories, and don't generally login via webmail - but playing the game is important enough that I did just that! Won't be very responsive to questions or discussions though...
2 hours (estimated) left on the low level format, then the big test is my Time Machine drive...
Oh well, it's not like I was doing much else today... :-)

Ivan, the High Council looks forward to what I'm sure will be a long
and prosperous relationship between our civilizations. We are
hard-pressed at the moment, but our opponents will need to rethink
their strategies. With our new bond secured, my position in the Council
has been strengthened. You will hear no more dissent from the Time
Lords. The Heeter spawn have been lucky recently and taken too many of
