Real Life - Sorry things didn't work out, Barry!  We'll keep an eye out for your return later on.  Best of luck with your other endeavors - I'll be keeping an eye on your blog.  

For the rest of us - I think this is Ivan's chance to get some action at last!  Clearly Ivan and I need to be on opposite sides, so it would seem simplest to have Goth-Ivan vs. Heeter-Mendeleev.  I think we might need some rebalancing, so maybe a 5- or 10-turn cease-fire while we consolidate Bargle's remnants?  I will personally cease-fire immediately, except for units already in motion (one region of Bargle's was targeted).

It seems that the Time Lords have been abandoned by their ally. Ivan, if

Sorry for the delay - I've been having some computer trouble the past little while...  I'll be doing a "low level" format of my boot drive in a few minutes and don't know for sure how long before I'm fully back in operation.  (Today or tomorrow - not an extended period, I hope!  Luckily I'm on vacation this week, which will shorten my downtime...)
Regarding the loss of Bargle/Barry, I'm in to be allies with Goth - despite the fact that I'm sure he will eventually stab me in the back...  :-)
So for now, feel free to discuss repercussions amongst yourselves; I will abide by the decisions that are made (assuming reasonableness, of course :-) ) and I'll chime in when I'm back in operation...
