From Combat Group Hellgate to the Capital:  "HeeterBob!  The enemy's forces are stranded at Devil's Gate!  They just lost their connection to the rest of the Universe!  Permission to break truce and seize the planet?"

Inside the Capital:  Hmm, this is really tempting.  But didn't I just tell everyone I needed a couple of turns to get my armies back into position?  

From Capital to CG-Hellgate:  "That's a very tempting situation, but we need to do what we said, and hold the truce.  And besides, I have an idea..."

Diplomatic Message to Whoever is in Charge of Gallifrey Today:  We see your forces are stranded at Devil's Gate.  It would be a shame to see them all die a horrible death in a hopeless battle, far from home, with no hope of aid or relief... though it could be quite profitable for my nation to do so!  In the current spirit of truce and cooperation, you are welcome to transfer your forces there over to us, and we will deposit them 3 to 6 turns later at either Zosma or Skaro.  (Less any maintenance losses in transit.)  We will avoid resuming hostilities during the transit process.  However, should you decline this offer or fail to respond, we will resume hostilities with the arrival of the Turn 215 Newspapers -- or perhaps sooner if we are attacked on any front before then!
