work with his friend Bargle or Burusa with his ally HeeterBob. Can we

May I suggest that, if we do not hear from Mendeleev by the time we receive our Turn 209 newspapers (i.e., Wednesday), then we should proceed with Ivan-Heeter vs. Goth-Bargle?  

I would be open to having Mendeleev join in at any time, should he wish to get in on the action a little later.  Ditto for Sean Thiebault.  Provided the rest of us get a few turns' advance notice, and the new warrior agrees to join the weaker side and try to turn the tide!
