The Vulcanian forces have met up with Ivan's sooner than expected.  Half the Vulcanian army laid down their weapons and partied with the Ivanites...  the other half went home to tell their families the good news.

Vulcan itself is emptying out and moving into "Unkind Neighbors", fearing reprisals from the Heeterlings...

To whom it may concern.
My forces are poised to take Vulcan. This move has been necessitated through the careless and reckless actions of it's present ruler!
While I have no interest in maintaining a provisional government is this location, the embattled inhabitants of this region need some peaceful stability.  Upon the conclusion of hostilities between the warring factions claiming this region, my intent is to hand it back to the victor.
