As for Vulcan - clearly whatever mystic forces exist in this world, favor my control over that region, or they would not have disconnected it from your lands.  Desist in this nonsensical prattle about "your people" - your long ago handed them over to the ruler before me, and generations of children have grown up neither knowing nor caring about your bloodlust. Let them live in peace, I say!

I will give you one more turn to grovel, seek peace, or otherwise amuse yourself, but unless something dramatic changes, there will be war between us upon the arrival of Turn 182's newspapers!
