predecessor, Borusa, will stand trial and be executed for his
treasonous crimes. 

We demand from HeeterBob II and his ragtag band the world of Vulcan
that was illegally given away to the Confederate Worlds. We also demand
a one-world buffer around all of the allied worlds of the Time Lords.
They have until Cycle 175 to comply or we will enforce our will.
