It is the end of a generation.  The last of the great early nations of this world is being turned back to pasture.  After Katy, and Ivan, it is the land of HeeterBob's turn to be turned over...

The former denizens of HeeterHaven have all been safely housed for the warp-time ahead. 

Many have chosen to stay in their homes, and they will drift quietly away, wherever their home regions go when they are no longer needed in the Great Network.  

A few will join me as leaders in our new land... about which, more later!

But most, about 1000 in total, which is to say about 100 in each borderland, are unwilling to move on, and will remain behind to stand watch over our former frontiers.  They will prevent those border regions from becoming unbalancing gifts to whoever finds them!  And, for those leaders (possibly including myself!) who discover these borderlands, they may prove potent border guards against any enemies that may lurk upon the other side...

So it has been written; so it shall be done, on the 24th of July of 2010.
