You may have noted both Kathryn and myself resigned this turn; I restarted but she did not.

It has been great to grow and battle with you!  But after much tearing of hair and gnashing of teeth, I've decided to focus my efforts in the Time Vortex.  However, Borusa needs a mighty foe to keep his nation in line...   I believe HeeterBob will be taking over my nation (after he resigns his), to keep the Universe in balance...

This is to confirm that I will, indeed, be retiring my old uniform and taking up the colors so bravely worn by Mykkal's forces in the late great war.  And then ordering up fresh duds!

However, it will be another turn or two before the current HeeterHaven is no more.  I want to make sure to leave 100 units on every border, so no one (not even myself-as-Mykkal) gets any freebies...
