Greetings to all!

The Time Lords respect the wishes of the great Kathryn of Katy Did. We
will be ready at the 150th cycle to begin the Great Battle. 

The Time Lords are civilized and are normally peaceful. However, we
must come to the defense of HeeterHaven and join with our friend Mykkal
of the Confederate Worlds against the powerful forces of Aerolandia and
Katy Did. 

We are not butchers and we will try to spare as many enemy forces as
possible. We will be happy to take surrender or accept a ceasefire at
any time.

It sounds like everyone's okay with fighting starting on Turn 150 (i.e. send in hostile moves using the "Turn 149" newspapers, with units arriving on Turn 150...
